They normally clean our room daily this time they did not clean it nor replace towels we had to ask for clean towels

Presently surprised
Clean though a bit worn. Staff guys were great. Breakfast typical but warm biscuits and gravy ok. Very. Convient to stop nothing wrong with location. Great little pizza coffee restaurant near by

Clean bathroom and clean bed are two of the vital components of a hotel stay and although this hotel is an older property, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The check in process was very easy and I added a message to request and ground floor room and within a half hour the front desk staff messaged me to say he had done this. That was excellent service considering it was late in the day I booked so kudos to him ( sorry I didn’t get his name). Highly recommend staying here.

Do Not stay here!! Place is a joke!! I checked in and went to my room had to go up a flight of stairs at the top of the stairs was a whole bunch of boxes? The hotel itself was hot. We went in and turned on the air it never cooled off. The wifi wasnt working went back downstairs was told he was restarting the router wait 20 mins went back down had to wait 15 mins for the clerk he said i forgot wait another 20mins. The room is still not cool. Waited the next 20 mins still didn't work. I said we need to leave the room was hot and the wifi still was not working. The clerk said he would try to give us a refund and he would let me know the next day.Of course i never got it. i was like well yeah we were only in there for an hour waiting for the room to cool off and the wifi to come on. We ended up going across the St to a Super 8 the wifi was working and the A/C was ice cold for the same price! Place was super clean save yourself the aggravation. I will never book at a Days Inn after that experience

Breakfast even doesn’t include eggs, might be the first time my experience through out my hotel stay history. If little added breakfast are provided, costumers would be positively impacted. Anyway in general it’s good and praying for the betterments

While it is definitely in need of an update, the room was good for the cost. Great water pressure and heat! Friendly cleaning staff!

The hot tub didn't have a plug so it wouldn't hold water. The AC unit in the bedroom was leaking water onto the carpet leaving the entire room smelling musty. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable-you could literally feel every spring. The toilet was a slow flush. The shower amd tub are in need of major upgrades. There was a tray under the fridge so you weren't able to open the door without moving the tray. The side door didn't latch which allowed the poasibility of non hotel guests to enter the room. The continental breakfast was also less than desirable. We requested a new room but there wasn't one available to accomodate our family.
