The only problem I had is that everything is outdated and also breakfast is the same everyday no variations.

The receptionist he was excellent as always! The hotel was clean! Parking was great! service was excellent!

Staff was good. Room door was broken but did lock. Toilet was loose on the floor., but did not leak. Room and bed was clean. Building needs a lot of maintenance.

The staff members looked sketchy! Tire mechanics dress better and often more well groomed!
The evng guy was wearing clothes and a hat with paint on them. But at least it was a 5 year old gulf shirt with a corporate logo.
The morning guy, was so sketchy we couldn’t look at him enough to notice his clothes.
2 out of 3 of us did get a descent sleep though.

Room was ok & staff was friendly - breakfast is heavy on carbs w no fresh fruit- apples or oranges would be nice; they had instant oatmeal but no obvious source of hot water to make it with

Property was not maintained very well. There was a lot of things that could have been fixed around the property and were not. The pool was not even open while we stayed there and no discount was provided and no mention of the pool being closed prior to us arriving I would not stay here again ever.

It is an older hotel with no ongoing maintenance. The room we were in had several issues, door hinge wasn't attached to frame making it difficult to open/close. The hvac unit had a bad plug and didn't work, weird stains in tub and around baseboards in bath (mold?). Smelled stale and stuffy. Just a horrible experience.

I arrived at 330 am and George was very efficient in checking me in. Best check in so far on this trip. Care was used.
