The person at the front desk was not helpful at all, he wanted to give me a room that a smoker was in, and I am allergic to smoke, and I specifically told him no. The property also shows that it has a pool there is no such thing. I left the property immediately when he couldn’t provide me with what I needed.

The room had visible stains on the walls and linen, and the “fresh coffee” was cold and watery by 6 am.

The staff tried to walk in my room every morning with no knock to announce who they were. The first time they were successful and there were females in there sleeping. Every time after that was only prevented because the door was locked, you should knock first before just walking into someone’s room…my last night there I found a small bed bug. I was very unhappy with this finding. The outside bugs, ok we are in an area that looks woody however bed bugs are extremely unacceptable!

Rude staff that don't understand English. 2 men banged on my door and yelled for me to just OPEN THE DOOR!! when I asked who was knocking! The two men came into my room to inspect the smoke detector then accused me of touching it... I'm 5'3!! and I don't even smoke. Then one of the men took it upon himself to adjust the air conditioner temperature before he left because I had it on FAN! It was a scary and aggressive situation. I felt so unsafe and I had my kids with me. I'll never go back to this location again!!!
