There was no food on the complimentary breakfast, coffee was cold. Sheets were dirty, writing on bathroom door, room smelled like **** or pott. Bed was hard as a rock, staff wasnt friendly. Customers told the ladie 3 times that the coffee was cold and i ask about toast or bagels and she told me they were out until tomorrow.

For the price, very nice rooms! Comfortable bed and the sheets are cold and pillows! Spacious rooms for a one bedroom! 9/10 would recommend!

Cockroach’s in the room. No hair dryers. The mintute we stepped inside it smelled like cigarettes, and it was supposedly a “smoke free room”.Shower was clogged with water every time we’d use it. The room itself was pretty filthy and the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes. definitely don’t recommend and if it would be possible i’d want my money back.

Cheap room, sheets were holey, and linens smelled. At 1am i was awakened by a phone call on the hotel phone saying "the battery was out on the security camera and some one was going to come to my to change it" Theres no cameras, and i told thim no eay eas anyone coming to or in my room at 1am. I immediately called the front desk and they said they have no cameras and had not called. Pretty sketch.
Sat locked and loaded waiting for some to knock on that door till daylight then checked out.

Management should do better and make sure all bird poop on rails is cleaned also make sure sheets are changed before a new client comes in.

The price was right and, although it is located in a bit less than desired area, it was a safe environment. Additionally, though the building is aged, it was kept clean and well maintained.
