当天要去Kansas city当天定的hotel，结果路上突然下大雪车卡雪里了出不来，被困了几个小时，晚上到不了Kansas city了，打电话给酒店不给退订酒店，可以理解因为是same day cancellation不给退订，但我给酒店打电话确认的时候，语气非常不好，说我们车卡雪里面了是借口，直接就把电话挂了，服务态度极其不好，最后也损失了五百多人民币。差评。

This is where the pan handlers stay. Lots of homeless in the area. Staff was very dismissive behind their bulletproof glass. The entire property was filthy. Comforter was discusting & old. This place needs to be bulldozed.

Staff were great but the pot smell in the lobby and halls was so strong it was hard to breathe. The room was fine and the bed and pillows very nice. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and molded sround the tub. They rent out rooms by the month so prople are living.there and roam the halls.in bathrobes. I won't stay here again.
