Check in was a breeze. Staff very polite. Facilities was horrible. Nothing like the 4 star rating it had. Room wasn’t clean; mold around tub and sink, hair in toilet stagnated rim around waterline, lightbulbs out down the corridor to the room, edge around carpet dirt like it’s never been vacuumed, carpet had lingering smell of liquor, just wasn’t what I expected, but I had no choice but to stay.

There were cobwebs around the light fixtures by the TV and by the bed the bathroom door was broken at the bottom about a foot up. Looks like someone had kicked it in. where the fire alarm should be there was a plastic trash bag on the wall taped over by duct tape and the whole room stank like it had not been cleaned in months. It was horrible.

The less likely clean room
Modernization is definitely needed in rooms including paint. The rooms need vacuum daily and the carpet needs cleaning and then air out due to smelling like mildew. The bathroom floors need swept and mopped before renting it or after every use. The towel smelled of urine. The cable box needs to be in a safe and stationary spot.

Place is not bad, was very comfortable. Slept well. Staff was a little slow on check in but was very friendly. Not complaining about the place and would stay there again. They just need to fumagate the place found 2 little roaches in the morning in our room and more in the hallway.
