We stayed there for several days and were told we were only allowed 1 towel each. When they cleaned our room, they took the towels and didn't replace them. we were left without towels on our last stay and couldn't take a shower. The coffee was watered down. The other food items were good. The sheets and blankets were stained, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been replaced. The pillow cases were also stained. Not sure if it was a stain or if it was left by the previous guest. The blankets were not enough to keep us warm.

I’m not picky and the room was clean enough, felt safe, but needs repairs and new linens. Cigarette burn on the comforter, stained shower curtain, bathtub handle came off in my hand.

When i checked into my room the lady at the front desk was very nice. When i got into my room i noticed light bulbs missing and not working. The tv had no single and after telling the front desk they said it would get fixed. When i got back to my room a few hours later the card reader on the door would not work and the tv still had no signal. I went to take a shower and there was no clean towels and hair all in the bath tube. The people working there are very nice but the hotel could really use some work.

This is a nice little clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. Gravy biscuits, fresh waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins. I highly recommend staying here!

Key not programmed, no towels, no tv (would not turn on), no receipt. Will never use Q Inn at Albertville again. Never had this kind of experience at Q Inn before.
