CHEMICAL SMELL IN ROOM OVERPOWERING. We left due to air quality of room with no refund. It was that bad and not worth the risk of staying. After only being in room for less than 5 minutes we knew it was hazardous to our health to breathe this scent all night. The air quality was so bad we chose to leave forfeiting our non-refundable booking rather than stay in this room. We requested a refund (none given). It should be understood that in the very least when booking a room that part of the booking beyond bed and bathroom includes a habitable air quality environment. This air quality was so poor due to whatever chemicals they are using to maintain this establishment that after departure the scent stayed with us. It permeated our clothing and could be smelled on our arms. We travel regularly and for decades. There has only been one other time in my travel history where I have had to leave (South Florida mold situation) for air quality. I mention this because we are not ones to complain and be picky. We stay in plenty of run down places without issues. In this establishment leaving was warranted. It was worth it to us, tired as we were, to find a new place to stay and lose our money from this booking rather than breathing in chemicals all night.

The front desk clerk was very nice and kind. I have nothing good to say about the room. It was not as portrayed on line. Would not stay here again.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lamps were dusty. Wall behind refrigerator was covered in dust from air conditioning unit.

Comfortable stay in Wall. Hotel is clean, breakfast was good (was also given coupon for full breakfast elsewhere had I wanted it). Staff is friendly.

Staff was so nice and friendly! The biggest downside was the shades did not block out the light at night. The outside lights were SO bright that it lit up the room :-( Otherwise the room was fine--appreciated the extra plugins that older rooms don't normally have!

Bugs in room 34. Got bitten over 40 times while sleeping, on neck, face, hands, stomach and back. Asked for manager to call me to discuss and staff took my number but I didn't get a call and it's been a week. I sure hope they got room 34 sprayed to help avoid this happening to other guests.
早餐非常丰富 冷柜里的食物很棒 房间没有写字台 没有办法办公 厕所光线昏暗 要想看的清楚点只能开浴霸 其他都挺满意
观光旺季，每家旅馆都极贵，只好挑了便宜的速8，全店客满，早餐八点去吃，面包牛奶都吃完了，要求柜台，也拒绝补货，房间没桌子，不方便
前台服务非常nice, 房间卫生间干净卫生，早餐也很棒，值得在badland游玩后入住休息。唯一的小问题是晚上暖风机声音有些大，影响睡眠
服务非常不友好，早餐很差。水果发霉了。周日早上9点就没面包了，煎饼机也空了。酒店房间价格过高。这是我们三周美国之旅中住过的最差的酒店。
