We stayed here with our 14 year old for one night and it was a great and quiet hotel.
It was within easy walking distance of the shopping and restaurants.
No complaints at all and great place to stay with friendly workers.

Customer Service frankly was horrible. Tried calling non-stop 2 hours before our arrival. When we got there the guy that was checking people in was literally doing nothing but sitting there. What was he doing the last 2 hours that he couldn't pick up the phone once. I mean he could have picked it up if he was helping someone and say please hold. None of that happened. He definitely was not doing his job.

Positives: Location and proximity to historic, lovely Corning. It's in a walkable, pleasant area. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Excellent response to requests for cleaning and refills when needed.
Negatives: We did not enjoy the loud live music we had no choice but to listen to in our room from 5:30 - 9 ish PM. The bands were good, but we would have preferred being able to listen to them when we chose. The shower head was miserable.

it was just a room the lock didnt work half the time it was a struggle to get in the room. i told the frpnt desk lady nothing happened. i told hkuse keeping she told maintnence nothing happened to get it fixed
感觉美国的酒店整体比国内低2个级别。这个酒店在corning总体来说算性价比不错的
很棒的酒店，周围环境也很好。市中心有很多值得探索的地方。我们住得很愉快，希望能再来。
除了酒店名称的乌龙（我预订的是希尔顿逸林酒店，但抵达时发现还是旧名字）和由于某种原因没有给我预订的房型（携程已经补偿了我一部分房费）之外，这次入住体验还是很棒的。
酒店还挂着雷迪森的牌子，到达后一直没有找到，房间中规中矩空调声音大
一个自助洗衣烘衣机是坏的，晕倒，其它还可以
这家酒店很不错，而且去沃特金斯峡谷州立公园也很方便。酒店还有现场音乐表演。我们还会再来的。
