Actually there is no free breakfast provided as described. They give you a free coupon for a restaurant, but the coupon only covers very little food, a piece of toaster, or piece of bacon, or a pancake, you can select one of these, anything else you need to buy.

Our door did not lock properly and maintenance had to come in and fix it. The pane glass wndow was broken next to the door and held together with shipping tape. I felt unsafe and would not stay there again.

酒店回复: I am sorry if the front desk person did not inform you about the broken glass that was taped while we waited for the glass company to replace it. Our maintenance man came as soon as you informed us about the key lock. Wall although we have a influx of tourist each year is essentially a very safe little town.

Property fairly rundown but because of location they can charge a ton, bed was terrible but it is convenient and staff was awesome!

We had a comfortable room but the guests around us were loud. A couple of Harleys left in the middle of the night right outside our room.

Cold air conditioning is lovely
Air conditioning was amazingly cool and our room was super clean. The hotel offered breakfast vouchers to a nearby restaurant but we chose to get donuts at Wall Drug instead. They had free snacks at check in - the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Easy parking. Great place. Didn’t get to try the outdoor pool.

Shower run brown water. And would not turn off due to valve issues.
Toilet would. It flush we had to walk to the gas station to use bathroom

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. Not sure why your water was brown because we had no other issues and the water would have been through all the rooms. We also have maintenance on 24 hours and would have come and plunged your stool immediately
