The room always great! Cleaning was very prompt and the breakfast was always available and had a variety of items.

Rooms were clean but there were concerns with the lobby.
The biggest complaint is that there were a handful of homeless people staying in the lobby area. We were there 3 days/2 nights and every day there were at least 2 homeless individuals consistently in the lobby. Whether they were sleeping, generally hanging out, or waiting around for the free breakfast, its not a good look for the hotel. It's especially not great when I have several children there with me.

After a week of traveling and very little sleep... this hotel is located in a quiet area and I slept well. The coffee was decent. The staff was kind. Clean room.
