Needs traditional sink in bathroom. The faucet wasn’t long enough over the bowl and washing hands/face made water run over the back of the sink and onto the counter getting everything wet.
No plugs in lamps beside the bed for cell phones
There was no Ice machine on the 3rd floor…. Had to go to the 2nd floor each night.
Lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough.

The staff was nice. The location is easy to find. Your room will only be cleaned every three days. They said they would clean it more often if you ask…I asked. They didn’t clean it more. The shower is freezing cold. The bathtub doesn’t hold water. The breakfast is mediocre at best. We were the first ones at breakfast and the bread items were crunchy and stale. The pool is tiny. If you are on a limited budget and want an experience similar to camping this would be it.

Great location, easy to find. Staff are very nice. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Downside staying on the top floor with high winds left us very tired in the morning. There was a continuous wall/ceiling vibration and banging sound possibility from the roof??

Lobby and property was nice. Staff was friendly. The issue I had was my first room the blinds were broken. No big deal the woman at front desk moved us to another room. The next room had what appeared to be a blood stain on the pull out mattress and we found a prescription pill. Good thing I found it and not my 4 yr old. Due to this I will not be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Front the front desk until checkout everything was perfect. Friendly front desk staff, huge rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Definitely would stay again!

酒店很棒，地理位置优越，非常干净。今天早上我们起床准备洗澡时，发现没有热水，后来水流也小得几乎没有，所以我们不得不没洗澡就离开了。我们以前住过这家酒店，都没有出现过问题。听起来他们周六遇到了问题，但以为问题已经解决了。
一切都很好，就是暖气系统有点问题。我们的房间太热了，同时入住的朋友们也遇到了同样的问题。
