I cleaned the hot tub in the room before I used it. When I used it the next morning for the first time there was a slimy film floating in the water.

Toilet wasn't secured to floor.

We loved the hot tub. The condition of the room was iffy, but suited our needs.
The art was... dissettling and it was off center. There was water damage on the ceiling above the window. But, outside of that, we had a wonderful stay

Had to change room cause door card didn’t work switch room.but didn’t tell me if there would be a difference in room price but staff was very nice in all other aspects very courteous about why we had to change rooms. I’m getting everything changed was fast and helpful

The rod inside the shower for hanging a washcloth on was broken and had jagged edges on both sides. We had a child with us that could have been cut if they had touched it.

Staff was SUPER kind and helpful! The building is not new but everything was very clean. Kids loved the pool. Awesome breakfast options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, muffins, and fruit. Can’t beat it for the price!!! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was easy to find, and it's located right next to Culvers and has other restaurants and other services very near to the property. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions, and when we did have an issue in our room it was taken care of in minutes. The breakfast bar had a nice selection, was well stocked, and very clean. It does have a pool, but we did not use it.
