Staff was extremely helpful in providing directions & answering questions about the arra.
Easy to get to from I-90, a short ride into Buffalo to enjoy all the city has to offer.
Hotel is clean, well cared for & up to date in features & fixtures.
Only criticism is the pillows were not the greatest. All were super soft & offered no support.

Hair on the shower walls. Toilet was dirty. Hair in the bed. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and I did not enjoy it.

Nice place
Good location right off the highway. About a 20 min drive to highmark stadium with heavy traffic. Clean hotel and the area was safe and close to many things like food and shopping
