Our toilet wasn’t working the first night and I immediately went to the front desk the following morning to report it. The front desk clerk was kind and said she would send up maintenance. Someone must have been our room while we were out all day as there were clean towels left on the toilet. But it wasn’t fixed. We ended up moving rooms, when I went back down to the front desk and insisted on a new room. Our room also was not made up that day, although there was no do not disturb sign on the door. Both rooms also did not have the heat on when we came back each time and it was absolutely freezing. The heat was inconsistent in both rooms from blasting hot air to cold air. Just not a good experience overall.

This stay was decent for one night. The room was older, and had tape on spots on the ceiling and some walls, I think to mark where repairs are needed? Our room was connected to another and I was woken up twice by them because of the large gap under the connecting door. Ask for a non-adjoining room. Breakfast was good and service staff was very pleasant all around. The hotel is in a good location, near restaurants, shopping, etc. I would probably choose another hotel for a longer stay, but the price was good and the hotel sufficient for our needs.

The rooms were large and comfortable and seemed to be recently upgraded. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely too! I noticed how nice the hotel smelled when we arrived - so many smell of strong cleaning products. My only suggestions - our room had no artwork (only one piece over the desk). And a mirror in the guestroom is needed esp with 3 in the room. Perfect location for us. We’ll be back on our next trip to your area!

Breakfast was good. Maybe consider offering turkey sausages every day for breakfast. Some of us do not eat pork.

First the key card was wrong. Then the room looked as though someone had been in there. Pillows were untidy. The toilet seat up and the floor was dirty and sticky
The final room was abit better but the carpet has multiple large stains on it Yuck
