The hotel is in Niceville, FL. Check our crime rate. There was no reason for you to not feel safe. Apologies that you did not like the wattage of bulbs in the hallways and air freshener used in the rooms. Had you brought any of this to our attention instead of giving us a low score, we could have made your stay a bit less stressful.

The room was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable with multiple pillow options. The breakfast was tasty, fresh and there were multiple great options. Finally, all the staff we interfaced with were friendly, professional and helpful. One area to watch out for. The hotel is right next to Highway 20. The rooms in the part of the hotel facing the road can get fairly loud with road noise late in the evening and in the morning when work traffic begins.
