The room was definitely in need of maintenance with significant water damage around the shower, etc. We had no hot water the enter stay; and the front desk staff was rather indifferent about it. As for cleanliness, the floor wasn't the cleanest as my feet were black after walking around the room.

Room was in very bad shape. Door handle missing, bathroom doors were filthy, walls scuffed, chair looked like it had been chewed, currains were torn. No hot water when we arrived in the evening, no hot water in the morning. Overrun with teenagers in the pool, exercise room and lobby. Horrible stay

The room smelled like ****, the bed was too soft and the breakfast was VERY basic. I'm not very picky, but I won't be staying here again.

We stopped late in the night as a half way point on our trip back home, just to sleep. At the time, there was no hot water, but that didn’t bother us because all we wanted was sleep and to get up the next morning and get on the road. We could shower at home. The receptionists were sweet— checking in and out. Speaking for room 109: Nice, big room. VERY comfortable beds! I would book here again, but I’d call first.

Air conditioner sounded like jet plane on take-off, Black mold on ceiling above the bed. Mattresses wore out and leaned in towards center of the room. Bathroom tile dirty and cleaning supplies on floor. Told.front desk our concerns and it was like " oh well". Staff didn't care.

Room must have recently been remodeled as there was Sheet rock particles all over the floor. Bathroom was not swept either. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Staff was amazing and friendly. However, at checkout, could not find anyone to check me out. Had to take a picture of the card with a note to the front desk that I was leaving. We were late for a ball tournament and couldn’t continue to wait.

They refused to give me a copy of my paid receipt when i checked out. I have never had thus problem before. Never staying here again

这绝对是我住过最糟糕的“汽车旅馆”了。床单上有毛发和虫子。泳池里漂浮着各种脏东西,很脏。甚至还有一对夫妇带着狗在里面游泳。没有一个制冰机能用。到处都是风扇,因为实在是太热了。地板上全是电线,行李箱根本没法推,只能提着走。人们总是敞着门,非常吵闹。千万不要住这里!!!
