Even if you use your app correctly, the hotel will not honor the stay, ie...if you book after midnight and put plus or minus so you can get it for midnight, the hotel will not honor, nor will they agree to a refund. I will not book this hotel again.

Hotel staff was excellent, for older hotel it was upkepted and very clean. One of the best ones I've stayed at right of a major highway.

We asked for a roll in shower for my veteran husband and was told the room had it. I did not. The carpet was dirty. We kept our footwear on.
It was late and the beds were advertised as comfortable. Ours was so hard. My husband hardly slept at all. The nicest thing this hotel had was the motorized blackout and filtered window screen. We would not recommend this place.

I stayed in another room about 6 weeks ago and I totally had a better experience.
