Upon arrival (after 11pm) it doesn’t seem to be that bad, but once it got late is where the concern arrived. The first room (smoking room) we checked into had roaches in the bed, holes in the bedding, and roaches in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and informed the employee. Our room (smoking room) was switched to another room that had more roaches than the previous room. The room had roaches in the bathroom, on the walls, and on the floor. Again we went to the desk. I’m assuming the person that came out to help us was the manager. He stated that they were unaware that there was a roach problem which is VERY hard to believe. He took us to look at other rooms and they too had roaches. We finally found a room that was not covered in roaches, and then was told that there was a deposit for this room because it was non smoking. I stated that I was not willing to pay a deposit ($50) as it was not my fault that they have a roach problem. I did not have to pay the deposit, but I was also not offered anything for the inconvenience. We spent over an hour trying to find a room after a 5hr drive to Greensboro. We couldn’t change hotels because it was NCAT homecoming and everything close by was sold out. We had to leave our bags in the car and go back to the car anytime we needed anything to make sure that we didn’t leave with roaches in our belongings. We couldn’t use any of the towels because they were dingy and dirty, luckily I travel with my own. A terrible experience!

The staff was great, the condition of the property was not. Holes in the wall and seat, what looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and my sink kept gurgling up something not clean - had to ask for a bleach spray because one time it left a gross film of dirt, dead bugs snd who knows what else.

The stay was just ok. The hotel is old but the room was clean. The toilet did not work well and there was not an iron or ironing board in the room.

What breakfast?!
Don't advertise having a "Free Continental Breakfast" when all you serve is 3 Apple Juice boxes, coffee, and 6 Quaker granola bars.
Also, our bed sheets had lipstick stains and cigarette burns.
Just not a good experience for the price we paid in the area it was.
房间的住宿条件实在不尽如人意。床单上有烟头烫的洞，地板上有蟑螂爬来爬去，天花板上还有裂缝，这些都表明酒店疏于维护。你们酒店竟然只给我1万积分作为补偿，这简直是太不尊重人了。

房间干净安静，而且他们允许我们提前入住。唯一让我不太满意的是，虽然说包含早餐，但实际上只有香蕉、苹果和咖啡。
这实际上是一家路过的酒店。对于只睡几个小时很有用。
感谢您给我机会表达我的感受。虽然我很享受我的住宿并且能够休息。由于缺乏人行道，到达或走出酒店时我感觉步行不安全。另外，早餐虽然可以接受，但还是希望能吃到一顿完整的早餐。
