The customer service there is awesome, bery friendly and not rude. I really enjoyed my stay there. I will be coming back

I was thinking it was going to be breakfast for my kids and no we had to go out and buy breakfast. And my bathroom wasn’t clean good enough I had to wash down the toilet and tub myself. And the beds cover had holes everywhere in them, and the AC wouldn’t work right.

I was mortified. I had to change to a different room because the bathroom was full of mold and the lampshade was full full of dirt and dust. The next room that they switched me to I had to put a towel down in the bathtub to take a bath because there was also mold on the bottom of that tub. There was bugs, crawling all around the refrigerator and inside of it.
我和家人路过时入住了这家温德姆酒店。
早餐简直太差了，松饼小得不能再小了……他们一次只放大约30个出来，搭配普通的吐司面包和两种果酱。顺便说一句，他们有烤面包机，但除此之外就没有任何其他选择了。所以，做好不在这里吃早餐的准备吧。
酒店里还在用2006年的旧椅子，而且清洁工作也很糟糕，比如灯开关、床架、电视后面、台灯，甚至床单都有洞，尽管这是个无烟房。
浴室的淋浴龙头几乎不能用。
电视无法切换HDMI输入，遥控器也不是原装的，电视功能也用不了。
床罩的选择也很糟糕。
我没什么好说的了。不会再来了。
没有椅子可以坐在办公桌前工作、没有文件或吃饭。床太高，坐不稳，脚也放不下地板。床沿太软，坐不稳。浴室里没有干净的毛巾。3天没有维修服务。
房间里没有毛巾，洗脸巾很脏。总的来说，需要清洁，一点细节都注意不到！热水花了很长时间才变成温水！
入住很方便。房间很干净。床很实用。走廊很脏，三天都没打扫过。外面很脏，沟里堆满了垃圾和旧衣服。我不会再住那里了。
