Felt unsafe in surrounding areas. Hallways rugs dirty with stains, smells like cigarettes and mildew . Same thing in the room, just smelt mildew from the carpet , which felt damp because of the humidity.

Mildew on the table. Had an awful muggy smell in the rooms. Ironing board broken in one room and didn’t have one in the other room.

Mold we found in room 400 was treated with bleach. The bleach smell was very strong. We asked to be moved to another room and were accommodated. Ceiling in bathroom in room 400 was peeling and had open hanging spots. I have stayed at this hotel before without these issues, so this was disappointing. Staff were accommodating.

There were many people registering for a confererence in the city and only one elevator working. Also, the hotel advertised on line, a complimentory breakfast which ws not honored. Our room was to be for handicap accessiblity but was not.Our ages are 91 and 85. We could not use a bath tub with no traction on the bottom and no hand rails. It was, however, comfortable and clean.

It was nice only thing the parking lots was full of white utility trucks parked krissed krossed and we couldn’t park anywhere they had taken all the spots

Low expectations met.
Hotel was fine except for the breakfast situation…no staff, no food, no idea. The hotel was booked with a ladies conference and they were not prepared at all.
