The room, service and stay were excellent! I was not satisfied with the continental breakfast service. Normally, there is a staff member monitoring the food and beverages to make sure food is available 6:00AM - 9:30 AM. Three consecutive days (3-6 October 2025), the food supply and service were terrible. Orange juice, muffins, milk, and waffles were out before 7:30 AM without resupply throughout 9:30AM.

Place is run down and my deposit was put on card not returned we left 1 day early and stayed at another hotel in town

Pool was dirty.. wouldn't swim in, curtains don't close... breakfast area was clean, rooms were rough.. ceiling in bathroom falling in. Personnel was nice

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Its filthy they dont even have bed pillows and everything smells like mildew. Chipped paint, dirty walls, the lamp shades were even filthy i was scared to even sleep in the bed. The toilet clogged up they didnt have a plunger. Several stray cats on the property that meowed ALL NIGHT it was the worst experience. Think twice b4 you stay here.

Nothing unique. This is my second time here and this time was the worse. My top lock on my door was gone. Look like it was ripped off the door. Light bulbs were missing on one of my lap. The room was dark because of it. The toilet seat was about to fall off but management tighten it for me. Its just time for a make over. And to top ot off, im still waiting on my $100 refund( deposit), its been 5 days. The clerk made it seem like i would have it in a day or two. I have had a pending charge but not an actual charger. Hopefully i won't have to call corporate!

Decent but...
So I didn't hate the stay but there were things that were pretty gross. There was a jet tub that did not work. When I went to check to see if it did work I filled the tub and I had been smelling mold but didn't know where it was coming from. As soon as water got high enough to touch where the jets were mold was coming out of the holes. So gross I would not let my daughter take a bath in that tube. The pool needed to be skimmed and the bottom cleaned so bad. The door was missing the latch. You could tell someone had broken down the door before. The bed was nice and so was the AC. That's about it though.
