我住得很愉快。房间干净整洁，工作人员也很热情周到。
从何说起呢？TownePlace Suites旁边还有三家酒店，所以停车不成问题。可惜的是，酒店周边治安不太好，我们办理入住时，前台工作人员还特意提醒我们附近汽车盗窃案频发，务必锁好车门。酒店公共区域倒是挺干净的，但是，他们根本不打扫房间。我们周四入住，周五晚上我询问客房清洁服务时，前台说房间安排在周六打扫。结果到了周六晚上我再次询问，还是同一个人，她说只是“简单清洁”一下房间。我问“简单清洁”具体指什么，她回答说“换毛巾”，如果需要新毛巾，就得自己去前台拿。也就是说，既不收垃圾，也不打扫房间。（据她说，因为我没看到任何清洁告示，他们一周只打扫一次房间。）当然，我和我老公没有选择周一离开，而是决定周日就走。工作人员态度不错，但他们撒谎说“您的房间周六已经安排好了”，还说“您得自己去拿毛巾”，所以我们决定离开。我们自己把垃圾倒掉了。早餐每天都有供应，这点值得称赞，而且咖啡也不错。

The room was clean and the staff was very welcoming at the front desk at arrival.
The place was ok, i hope they can had more choice to the breakfast menue and get some better pillows. Other than that it's ok
Everything was fine. It was clean and fairly new. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and updated. Nothing spectacular in the breakfast.
Very clean. Good breakfast. Safe and quiet stay. Lot of channels to watch on the TV. Really Enjoyed my stay!!!
Everything from time I checked in was amazing! The suite was definitely great nothing at all can I complain about I will recommend and stay again!
We enjoyed our stay. Our suite & the property was clean. Many shopping & dining places nearby. This will be our go to when we come visit family again!
