Guy that worked the desk was extremely rude, rolling his eyes at just about everything that I said and spoke disrespectfully. Also, the room that we were in had roaches.

Upon arriving at location I was questioned about having guests i was told I could not have any then I was told if a anthe person other thanmyself was seeing coming into my room that I would be put out don't think it's legal and unfortunately this hotel is one of the only affordable ones in town that's decent because if there was another one I would not be staying at this one they want to charge you for your animals even if you're a pet friendly hotel which is ridiculous and ******* clearly states that the price you are shown is the price you pay but yeah when you get to the location only to be charged more money for a emotional support animal and to be told what I can't do in your own room that you pay for it as long as you're not breaking any laws why you can't have a visitor it's ridiculous how these people can charge you outrageous prices then to turn around and try to run you like they're your daddy if I pay for a room I should be able to have who I want in there as long as it does not break any city ordinances or city laws and is within a reasonable timeline the hotels in Alexandria are ridiculous I frequently sleep in my car to avoid paying these people for a room because it's ridiculous the prices they charge you for a Chihuahua and the budget down the street is not any better either these people need to be pet friendly hotels and not charge or not be a pet friendly hotel. That's all I have to say do not recommend for any families or traveling for witridiculousrefund

Should have reconsidered my Stay

This is a recently remodeled hotel. I must say my room was clean & tidy. Had it not been for the pest infestation, I would have given it a higher rating. Had to sleep with the lights on to keep the roaches out of my bed & clothing. Management did swiftly take care of this issue. However, I don't think I'll be coming back again.

The property was ok but definitely not as advertised. My sheets and towels were dingy and stained. The room was clean enough but the lobby was locked and you could not enter. The place was very run down looking

This was a last minute booking as we got dinner. The staff was quick. Room was upstairs and soooo hot. The ac was out of the wall. It worked but never cooled. Finally around 1:30am I called the office. They moved us to a different room with a working ac, they had no idea there was an issue in our other room. Very clean. High traffic place but seemed safe enough.
