No breakfast was an issue for me. If I had known ahead of booking, I would have brought some healthy alternatives!

The room was recently refurbished but it was done with cheap materials. The bathtub was disgusting. Breakfast was literally stale muffins and burned coffee.

Clean room, friendly staff, good mattress. Not fancy or plush, but perfect for a one or two night place to land while attending events at the Big E.

the shower had hair in it and the soaps where on the floor there was even hair in the bed

Was pleasently surprised given the reviews. My only complaint would be the lack of elevator which I either missed on the description or couldnt find. Either way i would have requested a first floor room if I had realized. Both the receptionist and GM were incredibly pleasant. The beds were comfortable and clean, the wifi was functional, and it met our needs sans using the stairs which for the price point was refreshing. If I had to nit pick there was some incredibly minor maintence/paint upkeep that could be done but I have seen far worse at higher rated and more expensive hotels in the area.

staff was wonderful, very accommodating. room was clean and well kept. I have stayed here preciously and will do so again

Linens and bathroom were clean. Rooms are not well soundproofed, so noise from the hall came through clearly, unfortunately. Staff were all really nice!

The trim was clean but I went in the bathroom and found a needle and cap in between the sink and wall and I was disgusted.

Upon entering the room u could immediately see that the floors had NOT been swept or mopped. Everything else is excellent. They could use a bit more amenities in the suite on the 1st floor I. E. Paper towels, toaster, a bit more selection of pans and maybe a broom and mop
