我预订并支付了 2 间房间的费用，因为我和表妹到达的时间不同。办公室工作人员对预订信息没有说明清楚，说只有我一个人的名字，后来才终于弄明白。她说话很难听清，声音也不够大，盖过了电视和空调的吵闹声。入住后，我想确保表妹只需要用她的身份证办理入住手续，因为我已经支付了房费和 50 美元的损坏押金。她确认她只需要办理入住手续即可。我们住在楼上的房间。大楼后面的停车位充其量也不是很方便，前面的停车位要好得多。楼梯间很脏很暗，到处都是苍蝇，房间所在的平台也是如此，以至于我们打开房门时，苍蝇都飞进来了！浴室里只有 2 条毛巾，里面有股霉味，椅子看起来很破旧，坐起来很不舒服。我们回家的第二天，我收到表妹的短信，问他们是不是收了我两个房间的费用，因为他们收了她50美元和200美元。确认确实收了两个房间的费用后，我给酒店发了条信息，要求他们退还这笔费用。表妹也给酒店打了电话，酒店告诉她，200美元的费用不是房费。他们收她钱是因为他们指控她在房间里吸烟。她辩称事实并非如此，但他们根本不听。这太离谱了！旅行者们要小心了！

我们入住晚了，虽然有点难以理解，但那位女士还是很友好。房间大部分地方都很宽敞舒适。小厨房让我很惊喜。浴室很干净，但很小，而且床的一侧如果翻身，正好可以进入浴室。
我和朋友去金神大赌场（Mohegan Sun）看了比利·乔尔（Billy Joel）的演出（15分钟路程）。入住和退房都很方便。房间很干净，有个小厨房，虽然我们没用，但看起来是全新的。而且房间就在高速公路边上！周六晚上只要80美元，我觉得我们找不到比这里更好的了！
一开始我开车经过好几次，因为它看起来好像没开门。
糕点、咖啡和橙汁很不错，但糕点太难吃了，最好还是去杂货店买（那里本来可以买到）。
空调滤网脏得令人作呕，虽然我自己清洗过，但用了之后喉咙还是痛。经理，或者管他是谁，威胁我，说要扣我的押金，因为他指责我在房间里抽烟，而我根本不抽烟。他英语说得不太好，真的一点儿也不好，他和客房服务员对我很粗鲁。酒店位置很棒，除了高速公路的噪音外，大部分时间都很安静，但工作人员完全毁了我的住宿体验，我永远不会推荐任何人去那里，也不会再住那里了！！！
