The heat and air didn’t work. The room wasn’t cleaned very well. They didn’t clean the room during the day. The staff was friendly. I’m still waiting for my receipt to be emailed.

Liked the new renovations they have done but still needs more improvements made such as caulking, paint and update fixtures. Our shower was very difficult to pull up for the spray to come on. The beds we’re comfortable and it was acceptable place to stay but a little more effort to update would be great.

Place was so gross one of my guys checked out after 1 night on a 3 night reservation and they said they weren't comfortable not sleeping fully clothed because it was so gross.

We left without checking in and stayed at another hotel. We booked 3 rooms but were told that we only booked one room and they did not have two more. The service was unacceptable.

Says its beach front property, definitely no beaches or pools around. There are no usb outlets in the room, the water was dirty out of the faucet in the tub and shower head as well as the sink.

Property needs a good sprucing-up. Was a dead bird in one of the parking spaces for 2 days.

There was cob webs and a spider nest in the light above the shower the spider was crawling and that’s how I noticed it. Rust around alll the pipes no Kleenex in the holder cracks on the floor in bathroom and bathroom door wouldn’t shut The breakfast was very sparse

Average night hotel
Small- didn’t offer a gym and a limited breakfast. Was charged twice for some reason but they fixed it pretty quickly. Close to small gas stations for snacks and not far off from highway.

Room was fine. Exactly what I paid for and exactly as advertised. Minor hiccup that two of the outlets didn't work. I could not plug in my laptop while sitting at the desk; I had to set up over by the TV or the bathroom.
Check in confused me. I had a reservation months in advance and was already paid. I showed up, showed my ID and confirmation number, and then they couldn't seem to find whatever they needed. Language barrier prevented me from being able to understand what the problem was, and eventually the guy at the desk just talked on a cell phone to somebody else, also in a language I didn't understand, and then gave me a key. It left me wondering if they had lost my reservation and then just billed me a second time since I couldn't talk to them.
Not really a problem; it all worked out. But with that much confusion, it would have been nice to know what was going on.
