When I checked in the lady at the front desk went above and beyond. She was wonderful. The room was clean. The pool area was in good condition and clean.

Staff was nice. Room could use some updates, old and damaged. Main complaint was bathroom smelled like urine and was not very clean.

Room was dusty and bathroom shower was moldy. Housekeeping staff knocked on door and asked if we wanted our room cleaned they never made the bed up all they did was dump the trash can. The hot tub was extremely hot to where you couldn't even sit in it. Parking lot was clean so that was good when entering the main hallway the smell of air freshener was overwhelming so if you have breathing problems don't book here.

Blood on comforter, curtain had brown stain, bed frame had two pieces of metal sticking out of box frame (wrong size)……. It my ankle! tv channel guide on nightstand was stained with mysterious fluid… room was pretty disgusting! I do not usually complain but this was definitely an experience worth a refund!

Clean room very quiet after a late check-in. Had a ripped curtain and a fistmark in the wall but otherwise nice would stay again. Stayed one night on 10- 10 2025

楼前有一些可疑人物。前台工作人员人很好，但当我提着好几个包/行李，一路走到走廊尽头，来到我被分配到的房间时，房间钥匙却坏了。我不得不一路走回前台，工作人员才说：“哦，抱歉。我的错，我忘了设置钥匙了。” 最后，我走进了一个充满难闻气味的房间（无法描述，但肯定不好闻），地毯很脏，微波炉很脏，打开后发出很大的噪音，咖啡机/茶壶也很脏。床很不舒服，被子是用某种奇怪的纸做的。走廊尽头我房间附近的出口门是对外开放的。我知道这一点，因为我原本把车停在了前面，但后来为了进出更方便，把车停在了靠近我房间的出口门。人们一直进进出出，直到很晚才离开，他们敲着房门说：“我知道你在里面！开门！”我感觉一点都不安全。本来打算住两晚，结果第一晚之后就退房了。我根本不在乎第二晚的房费会不会打水漂，我只想赶紧离开。不会推荐任何人住这家酒店。
