When I arrived I was assigned a room that was next to outdoor heat pumps that were very loud. I came in several times and no one was at front desk to check who was coming and going.

Pet friendly and the room was very clean however some of the furnishings were in poor condition. Desk chair was broken. Also there was no night stand on one side of the bed. Staff was very friendly and did offer to find another chair

The bath tub was clogged. Water past my ankles while taking a shower. There were kids running a marathon on the third floor right above my room. There was a lamp on the floor not sure why but it should have probably been on a table. The people who helped me were very helpful and nice bur the property itself needs some updates especially for tge price it was about $280 and very uncomfortable

The breakfast was great compared to other hotels, which don't have protein/hot food . Staff were respectful and always made sure breakfast was full. Very good location, close to both Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz mountains and monterey. one thing that needs a fixing is the hole in the shower and the black having a black stain that was hidden in the bottom of the bed. Would be a lot nicer if a pool facility was added

这绝对是我和我妻子住过的最恶心的酒店。恶心到我们第二天就订了一间几英里外的快捷假日酒店。
房间里歪歪扭扭的电视机旁边墙上竟然粘着口香糖。窗帘上有大片污渍，休闲椅的坐垫下面藏着一些恶心的东西，房间本该有的翻新/粉刷工作，却是由一个毫无木工技能的人做的。但最糟糕的是冰箱。冰箱顶部结了一层霜，看起来像是黑色的霉菌和一些不知名的东西。我深夜把这件事告诉了值班的小伙子，他给我换了一间房，但也没好到哪里去。他建议我第二天早上去找经理。我去了，但那时我已经订好了另一家酒店的房间。经理退还了我两天预订费用的一半，但现在想想，我觉得应该全额退款。我会调查一下这件事。
