The check in process was simple and the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and was clean and comfortable. The room wasn't fancy, but it was perfect for our one night stay and surprisingly roomy. The hotel is also close to a bunch of fast food and other restaurants, which made it easy to find dinner last night (we decided on Jack In The Box). We would definitely stay again. 😊

This motel was a great value. The staff was helpful. The room was clean.
Unfortunately, there was an extremely loud group of guests across the parking lot after 10:00; I guess the management was not aware of the disturbance.

It was just okay. Musty smelling room and compressor on refrigerator must have been going bad, because the refrigerator was loud and noisy.

Just needed a bed for the night as I was passing through town. Clean and comfortable enough for my needs. Checked in after hours and the front desk answered the night bell right away

The property was clean and parked right outside my room, whichbis nice. Staff were nice enough. BUT, I am 5ft tall and 103lbs and could barely showet in the tiny stall. The shower curtain couldn't contain the water and the shower head was pointed too high so in order to wash below my chest, I would have to step out of the shower. The shower head was locked into that position.

One of the few hotels that still offers smoking rooms, and it is very clean and the staff is nice. Easy parking, food close by, and if you have a group like I did where you need smoking and non smoking rooms so everyone can stay at the same place this is a great option for Fallon.
电视和无线网络糟透了！我的电视坏了，半夜被换到另一个房间。新房间的电视也连不上那糟糕的网络。真是太不方便了。经理什么也没做。前台接待员凯态度还不错，但考虑到房间价格这么贵，我不会再来了，因为花钱就应该享受优质的客户服务。

这家酒店允许吸烟，我之前并不知道。我误订了一间吸烟房。太恶心了！床上到处都是头发和烟灰——连被子下面都是！退房时我要求换一间无烟房，但被拒绝了，尽管当时酒店几乎没人。
工作人员态度冷漠。电视机坏了，即使寻求帮助也没人修好。空调噪音很大，影响睡眠。淋浴水温只有冷水或温水。我很失望，不会推荐这家酒店。
