The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming from the beginning to the end. There is adequate parking and the hotel is located within a good distance from several restaurants. Check-in is fairly easy and quick. We were offered cookies as soon as check-in was completed.
The rooms have a bit of a lingering smell from the AC and the floors aren’t as clean as I expected, but they aren’t bad. There were leftover materials in the corner of the room from previous guests. A sock the first night and on return a few days later, there was an airpod case with one airpod in it.
Breakfast in the morning is nice and there is a nice selection of food and beverages available.
Check out is extremely quick and easy.
Overall, it was good.

The hotel has gone downhill over the last few years. They no longer have a hot tub, they charged me an extra $10 for a double queen room and they didnt have extra pillows/blankets. Printer was out of ink. Cookies are no longer serve yourself. Breakfast was decent.

Yes, we made the decision over a year ago to remove our hot tub from service for many reasons that all include creating a better environment for all of our guests. It is very common to pay a higher price for a room with a larger occupancy, I apologize for any miscommunication on our end. We are happy to provide extra pillows and blankets when our guests inquire or have a need for them. We were having issues with our guest printer, but that is being resolved and we would be more than happy to print any needed material from the front desk, all it takes is a quick email to our front desk and we will take care of that for you. When I arrived at my room and opened the door I was met by a wave of warm musty air. There was a dehumidifier in the room working hard. I turned the a/c down hoping the air would dry up but it did not. After the first night, everything in my suitcase felt damp, bed shhets and carpet also. It was not a pleasant experience for a 3 night stay.

Friendly staff everywhere. Clean and comfortable.
The only suggestion I have is to turn down the ac in the dining area because by the time we got through choosing our items and going back for our drinks, our food was already cool because of the cold air blowing.

I’ve never been to such a clean hotel! The breakfast was IMMACULATE! The pool was nice and warm! Beds were clean and soft! Definitely will be back

Crystal at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a notch above the standard hotel breakfast. My only complaint was the sink in our room did not drain well and the little coffeemaker did not grab the plastic piece that holds the coffee. It actually fell out while making coffee. Otherwise it was a great place, excellent location, and superior staff and service.
