Not my usual chain but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the hotel. Run down for sure but my room was very clean. The gym was operational and so were the elevators. Breakfast was the usual waffles, coffee, yogurt spread.
Disappointed that ******* overcharged me.

Older, dated girl in West Springfield. Could use some updates. Strange layout, long walk to elevator , breakfast room being locked door. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great with a good variety of foods available,
Our room only had one chair meaning one of us had to sit on the bed. I have spinal issues and my husband has mobility issues. A second chair would have been appreciated.
