Breakfast was only cereal, coffee ran out but eventually got filled. Somewhat run down. Did the trick but definitely not the best maintained hotel I’ve stayed at.

I stayed 2 nights, the staff hides in a back room during routine check-in time. My room was keep in low light to hide the stained carpet, damaged walls and depressing art work. The shower head was cracked and a fine mist sprayed the upper shower wall, the TV didn’t work properly and there were not instructional literature and the sink was cracked. Clearly, the owners and staff don’t care about your experience in this hotel!

Your website did not include that there was no elevator, and this 83 year old man had to hand carry our luggage up to the second floor. Outrageous! No elevator in most states is illegal. Not including this on your website is inexcusable.
For the continental breakfast, which ended at 9:00 am, we got there at 8:55 and the attendant said it was closed. She grudgingly let us in to collect some food which we took to our room. She stood there while we did this with folded arms, much annoyed.
My Yelp review will reflect my stay. Am I an experienced traveler? Yes, having visited 55 countries, plus I write travel stories for a media chain.

Cleanliness was not great. I went around the room with antibacterial wipes, Every surface had dried rings from cups, the lamp next to the bed had layers of dust, the 2 padded chairs had stains all over the fabric. The room was way overpriced.
