Construction made it a bit hard to get to, and the shower was incredibly unintuitive, but overall, a solid place to stay for not too much money.

Parking lot hard to get into - insufficient signage
Corridors smelled stale.
Room was clean and beds comfortable but not enough outlets near beds.
Please take as constructive criticism, not complaints. Would stay again if the need arises.

I took the blankets of the beds. Because they were stained and also cigarettes holes.. I found cockroaches running around the bed

Property was in great condition. Rooms smelled of cigar/cigarette smoke but only mildly. Room otherwise was fine. In an unfortunate area of West Springfield but otherwise good access to the highway for transportation around western mass

Parts of the lot should be repaved.
The sign at the entrance only says "enter". Because the hotel is set so far back from Rt 5 the sign shoud say Riverdale Inn - Enter.

When I walked in I could smell smoke (not from tobacco or THC). Hall way was dirty, poor access to rooms, 0 amenities. Good thing I only needed to stay one night
