Your remodeling job skips the details. Those light switches are dirty and stand out against the new paint. The grab bars in the shower are reused, have rust and the covers over the screws don't stay in place. The air/furnace unit needs cleaned. These things stand out against the new paint, flooring and furniture.

The front staff was amazing. The room was clean. The only issue was the mattress was like sleeping in a hole.

The property is under renovation and there was no fore warning or signs in front indicating such. We arrived after 3pm but there were no rooms available on the 1st floor as we requested. We had to wait around 20 minutes for one to get ready. We settled in our room and shortly there after the bed broke. Very friendly and accommodating staff nonetheless we were advised no manager was available. We were relocated to another room but the floors were covered in paint and debris and the tub wasn’t clean. Overall it was decent for 1 night but for the same price I could’ve went to the residence inn or something…

I made a reservation for 2 Queen beds and got to the room which had a king and a non-fold out sofa for 3adults. Then I was given a key to the adjoining room which was already occupied then given another room down the hall. There was hair on the bathroom floor and only 1 hand towel. I was very disappointed and had to deal with all of this after driving 16 hours I was not a happy camper!!!

I was having trouble finding the place. I called them and the manager stayed on the phone with me and walked me. Turn-by-turn all the way to the hotel. The staff we're great, the room.This was nice and clean

The hotel was under renovation and the elevator didn't work and the second floor was closed for renovations so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was very hard on us at our age and having to carry our luggage
