Elevator took 10 min to go up one floor, no ice machines anywhere, vending for snacls was leaking and card reader wasnt working, soda machine took my money, stains in cirtains, socks black from carpet, no bittons on phone or a dial tone, alarm clock didnt work, lamps didnt work. Terrible! And i have never seen a half of a pillow until today! All of the pillows were throw size pillows

OK for one night, but not much else
The room and fixtures was worn out and needed service. The bathroom sink drained very very slowly, only a tiny bit of TP in the bathrrom and no soap. USP recharge outlet on lamp did not work.

The bed was excellent! The service was great but it needs some work in the rooms. Some futures are rusted and look old the flooring I the room was coming apart and just looked dirty cause of the age of it. There was no soap in the bathroom.

It’s was nice this time around. The people who worked there were very attentive and friendly. Good customer service.

No complaints…very nice and clean. IF I was forced to say one petty thing pertaining to the room, the AC could have been a little better..but it did the job.

Check in was easy. Room was nice, bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet. It was also nasty behind the bathroom door. On the bathroom wall something had run down the lower part of the wall.
我选择入住Liberty Place的Sleep Inn，是因为我在Evergreen有个一早的会议，不想凌晨5点从塔城（Tuscaloosa）出发才能准时赶到。酒店位置确实便利，但除此之外，体验并不尽如人意。
酒店的门无法自动开启，这很不方便，尤其是行李车笨重，而我拄着拐杖。我不知道坐轮椅的人如果夜间抵达，要如何进入酒店。
前台工作人员办理入住和退房时都非常愉快和高效。
大堂的家具褪色且磨损。电梯里的标识牌显然已贴了很久，边角都有些剥落了。
我房间里的灯具和其他装饰品都生锈或变色了。房间里有一个电源插座坏了。风扇持续吹风，即使我调高了温度也一样。然而，提高吹出的空气温度却让房间感觉潮湿。我不太敢在房间里脱鞋，周四早上也放弃了锻炼计划（我正在从膝盖手术中恢复），因为觉得躺在地板上不太妥当。
主家具台面有污渍，看起来摸起来都很脏。书桌椅下方有污垢，而且无法调节高度，所以对我来说工作区域不舒服。主柜子之一的门把手坏了。其中一个抽屉会自己不停滑开。浴室镜子的边框也损坏了。我入住时，马桶盖和座圈都是掀开的，马桶里还有一圈污渍。
床单和毛巾倒是干净整洁的。
墙上的点缀色和床头上方组合照片墙很漂亮，让人感觉舒适。
弹簧床垫的仿皮套又脏又旧。
总的来说，我觉得支付每晚117美元并没有物有所值。我两周后还会来这个地区住几天，但我已经预订了其他的住宿。
