I need my money back ASAP!!!
I got there late. They gave away my room so I had to sleep in my car outside the hotel! They wouldn’t let me check in early so I went to my convention and by the time I got back, they had given my room away!!! I still haven’t had my money refunded on my credit card either so basically they just got my money and I didn’t even get to step 1 foot into my room

Would stay again.
Clean room, comfy bed and very friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy.
Only complaint was the weird coffee machine at breakfast, not normal fresh brewed.

I came to Atlanta for my bestfriends wedding and had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff are so friendly; the manager even greeted us in the morning. This hotel is conveniently located 15minutes from the airport and 30min from downtown Atlanta.
We will definitely be returning !

Rigged electrical cords for outlets.
We checked into our room and found household extension cords sticking out of a wall from an outlet we couldn't access so we have our phones and electrical devices just plugged into these cords on the floor at our feet! No other sockets next to or near the bed. We took the unplugged alarm clock off the table and moved it across the room to a rare wall socket. Craziest thing I've ever seen.
