The room was clean, the staff were very personable, the hot tub and pool were clean and in good order, the washer and dryer worked, it was easy to regulate the temp in the room, and the location was central and convenient.

The employee at the front desk was helpful and the pool looked clean so I thought I’d give it a shot. The room however lined run down and the windows on the first floor units didn’t have any reinforcements aside from a stick which wasn’t even long enough to securely lock the window.

Our room was not in good condition. Blankets were stained. Our room was by the back door and stairs and both had traffic late and early morning causing significant noise. The fan on the air conditioner was loud. Sounded like an airplane.

I arrived at the Travelodge around 11:30pm on September 11th, and the overtake atmosphere immediately felt dark and unsettling. The hotel attendant was very kind and accommodating, but unfortunately the condition of the property was unacceptable. After being warned by a friend to check the bed, I pulled back the sheets and found small bugs crawling on the bed. They did not appear to be bed bugs, but regardless, I could not bring myself to stay in the room.
As a solo female traveler, I also felt unsafe in the location. The attendant offered me another room, but after noticing vomit on the welcome mat (I had only been there about 30 minutes at this point) as I left, I had already made my decision to leave the property altogether. I had prepaid for three nights, and while I did not expect a refund for that first night, I was told I should be refunded for the fun stay. I have not seen the refund, though I understand processing delays may be due to my bank's side of things and it now being the weekend.
Overall, while the staff was polite, the state of the hotel itself made it impossible for me to stay.

The place is okay for a cheap place to sleep. Pretty old, no elevator, lackluster location. But the staff were very nice ~ efficient and friendly.

Taj and Shweta are delightful and so welcoming. The room was clean and well arranged. The pool is very nice.
