1st room 107 had a cockroach, on the night stand. I got transferred to another room next door and it had roaches also. The bed linen had not been changed also. I had to sleep on top of the bed, I had been on the road for 10 hours, and was too exhausted to get moved again. The staff were nice, but unfortunately the state of the premises let everything down.

Low cost, quiet. Hot shower with good water pressure.
Mattress had a spring sticking out. Desk host made a note to fix. Cigarette holes in sheets

If you love cold showers and less than secure rooms, this is the place for you. Our room had paper stuck in the peep hole as the peep hole was literally an open hole. The deadbolt was very rattly like it was barely in the frame. And forget any other lock or chain. Also lots of space around the door that someone in the know could have easily unlocked the door from the inside. No hot water in the sink or shower. The curtain / shade blocks people from looking in, but definitely did nothing to block the light. (See pic of dark room) Roaches noted in the room as well.
Reservation system notes continental breakfast. That is a lie. Staff noted that the breakfast hasn't happened in over a year because "we are waiting on our juice machine to arrive." Ice machine is the same, but it probably would have been less than clean if they did have one.
The staff was friendly and the bed was ok, but the other problems outweigh those.

Room had poor maintenance. No strike plate on the door. The door was only held closed by a thin ***** of old wood. Dead bugs on the floor. Cigarette burns on the sheet. We had to ask for blankets. The pictures looked nothing like the facility. The room was dirty, dingy, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the sheets and towels where stained. The walls where stained, the curtains where stained. The light by the bed was so hot it burned my hand to turn it off. There where multiple roaches in the room. The room smelled like bug spray. The floor was warped and uneven. The cops where there twice in one night to arrest derelicts. The entire facility was grimy and dirty. Its evident the owner has no care for his clientele. My friend got sick from the room smelling like bug spray. I didn't even want to take a shower as the bathroom had no light and the shower itself looked grimy and unappealing. The bed only had one sheet and one stained pillow that stank. The mattress sank in the middle and was lumpy and uncomfortable. The entire property stank like mildew and trash.

TV remote didn’t work, toilet wouldn't flush, floor was dirty No Breakfast, non- smoking room had a cigarette butt in the toilet. Only good was the bed was comfortable and clean and staff was helpful and nice!
