We now know you had put one reservation under a different name which is why the rooms were not next to each other. We didn't know the reservations were together. The wifi information is also located on your keys cards, and I will address this and not answering the phones with the staff. The fire alarm went off due to a malfunction with a smoke detector, but evacuating the building was protocol due to not knowing is there was a emergency at the time. Everything was clean except the sink drain. It was clogged and the was not draining at all. The housekeeping did not have a plumber or a handyman to unclog it. Instead, the front desk manager gave a plumber’s snake. I unclogged it with it.

We didn't eat breakfast so I don’t have any comments on it. The room was nice and quite. The only complaint would be that there was always a group of people hanging out in front of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located.
Unfortunately the walls and doors don't keep out any sound. We were staying there with our 2 kids and we had a room right next to the lobby. We got no sleep as it was very noisy and busy with wedding parties from about 11pm to 3 am. Volume varied from loud conversations to drunk arguing. We called the front desk and while the receptionist apologized nothing was done about the people gathering in the lobby. We did not receive any compensation or apologies from the hotel.

We did, in fact, have a wedding party that evening, which we had let them use the meeting room so that the door could be shut and noise would be kept down and away from the lobby. However, once the wedding party started to hang out in the lobby area, the desk clerk did ask the party to head to their rooms. We apologize again, and hope we can better serve you in the future.

Room was clean. Missed breakfast except 1, ends too early for people who are there for leisure. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Staff was friendly. Only thing lacking was a hot tub. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.
