I love this property very quiet and it's convenient to the shopping center and if you want other food it's connected to an IHOP you don't have to go out in the elements

Heater was extremely noisy, and the air freshener in the room was overpowering, the hot breakfast wasn’t even warm. The lobby and breakfast area was freezing.

Helpless staff informed us after we payed our deposit and service fees that there was no elevator and that we had to carry all of our luggage up 5 flights of stairs at 2 am . Unhelpful, also there was a dirty spoon in our bed.

The accommodations were as expected. However, the customer service from the front desk was exceptional. I left a few items in the closet by mistake and they notified me immediately. They went the extra mile to help me do a UPS pickup to have the clothes returned to me. 5 stars. Thank you!
