My experience here was extremely disappointing. After housekeeping entered my room, several of my personal belongings went missing. I reported it immediately and expected the hotel to take the situation seriously, but the handling of the issue was unprofessional and frustrating.
No guest should have to worry about their items disappearing during a stay. Until the hotel improves its security and accountability, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The smell of the cigarettes and **** is too much! I couldn’t sleep because it smells like someone is smoking all night

There were no ground floor rooms available. At 80 plus years the steps were an inconvenience. The room was nice, and the breakfast was good for starting a journey.

I really liked everything about my room. It was a nice, quiet place. I'd definitely stay here again.

You over booked us and there were no rooms available when we went to check in. You hurt us emotionally and financially as we spent triple the cost to find a room at the last second. Will never book a hotel as what you did was terrible.

Good and clean as always. Check in process took a little longer than usual… new system even though I did advanced check in. But otherwise same normal great value
酒店还算干净，停留一晚，早餐比较简单。
前台服务员显然对酒店的预订系统不太熟悉。办理入住的时间比预期的长了很多。
性价比非常高
一开始出现了失误，房间分配出现了一些问题。
之后，我对友好的指导和服务感到非常满意。
