Service was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was good. Floor in the room was a little tacky and sticky but other than that the room was clean.

Night clerk Nicole refused to let my partner check in without me. Housekeeping was short handed and we didnt get fresh towels. Tissue box was empty. Second day we got towels but no bath mat. Trash was never emptied in our 3 day stay. Day clerk was very friendly

Definitely not the cleanest
We booked this hotel for my husband, myself, and our two daughters. We only stayed one night while visiting family. Upon arrival, my youngest daughter (10 years old) went to the restroom in the room and when she came out she said there was pee on the toilet. I went in to check, and sure enough, there was dried pee on the toilet. Then, my oldest daughter went in to take a shower and when she came out she said the shower curtain was nasty. There was black all along the bottom, so it was evident that it had not been washed in a while. I also noticed that none of the table surfaces in the main part of the hotel had been cleaned. There were sticky places on them from drinks. I didn’t complain while I was there since it was only one night, but I will never book with this hotel again while in town to visit my family. I didn’t expect a “perfect room” for $98 a night, but I did expect it to be clean.

I've stayed here several times over the past decade. It is an older hotel, but older doesn't mean bad or not clean. I don't care about a lot of amenities, the rooms are clean, the beds are awesome, the breakfast is sufficient, and the price is good. The staff has always been friendly, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. This will continue to be my go-to hotel in New Stanton.
