The room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The heater kept me up most of the night because it was so loud. The beds weren't comfortable at all.

Property needs a major upgrade/remodel. Floor needs repaired, TV didn’t work, toilet was loose, sink faucet was loose, not enough lighting. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

When I first got there, the TV wasn’t working and there was a bug in my room and the refrigerator did not work

When i checked in. My room was messy and notified staff that my room was not ready. Housekeeping was still cleaning my room and they switched my room which had difficult time utilizing the tv staff had to come in the room to try and fix the tv. Spotted a roach, microwave did not work. Towels were disgustingly dirty. My son and i was disturbed many times by guest in the hallway arguing. I encountered a guest who put out their guest and the guest was knocked on my room that i was in. I felt unsafe i notified staff and they denied the person knocking on my door after looking at the cameras, and i was awoken several times for this guest knocking on my room door. I had my son in the room and felt very unsafe. I called staff from the room on my personal cell phone. Not sure what the guest wanted as it was not his room or the room of the person he was staying with.
Overall very nice room I stayed in. Great location.

Beds were comfortable. Main room floor clean.
Hotel itself smelled moldy.
Many repairs were DIY, which were not good.
Am wondering why Wyndam would want their name attached to this hotel.

Wish I could give 0 stars shut this place down
The stay was horrible and the place was discussing. The sink was broken and the room smelt like smoke. The staff was also not the best customer service wise. Worst of all the place looked nothing like advertised.

Nice place to rest your head for reasonable price.
Bed was very very comfortable, firm like I haven’t seen in years. Internet was also very good as I was able to use Messenger and video chat with my wife without any problems. Access to room was good too. Very happy with my stay as the price paid was within my budget.
