酒店里住着一大群带着小孩的家庭，很遗憾，我们被安排到了他们的房间。这些孩子整晚都在酒店走廊里乱跑，吵得不可开交。我们的房间就在电梯和制冰机旁边，吵得我们几乎没睡着。我可能再也不会住智选假日酒店了。
沟通不畅，走廊里孩子吵闹不堪，食物选择糟糕透顶，我们等了很久才等到食物准备好，超过 25 分钟，到今天为止我还在等退款，什么也没发生，我给酒店打了 4 次电话，据说有人会回复我，但到现在还没有运气

入住体验非常糟糕。整晚噪音不断。入住期间不得不无数次叫保安。不建议在棒球比赛期间入住。花了巨额费用却整晚不睡觉。令人无法接受，应该有人追究责任。
经过一天漫长的旅行，我们终于抵达酒店，期待着能得到预订的房间：一张特大床，房间舒适安静。抵达后，我们要求登记入住，却发现有两张双人床。我给他们看了预订单，上面写着一张特大床。她说我们没有。她没有道歉，只是空口说白了一句：“我们没有。” 晚上11点，一阵巨大的发动机、马达和压缩机的声音把我们吵醒了，我们多次打电话给消防部门，看看有没有什么地方需要维修，结果几个小时后才彻底停了下来。床垫极其不舒服，吱吱作响，易碎，没有支撑。不过枕头还不错。
我很喜欢这家酒店，住了两晚，早餐也很丰盛。
