The room and bathroom both needed a good cleaning ! The toilet bowl had a ring around the waters edge. The floors were littered with tiny bits of trash and needed to be vacuumed desperately. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower. But upon entering my room, I found a had a tub with a shower. I was advised by the front desk that my request could not be met.

Handicapped room wasn't really accessible. Room was not clean ! I advised the front desk but nothing was done about it. We definitely will not be returning !

Comfortable room. Liked the separate sitting area. Missed having for electrical plugs for recharging items.
2 plugs were high and nothing underneath to hold items being charged. Luckily we had a charging tower with us that we were able to reach the plug for us to recharge our things

The rooms are very nice but the smell was not pleasant. Please put some type of air freshener in the room to keep them smelling fresh and clean.

I asked if I could put some ice packs in the breakfast room freezer as room fridge was just a fridge and reception went over the top to help me out. I was thrilled!!! Thank you
