The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The only thing I would add would be extra pillows.

The room was fine. The bathroom was rundown and dirty in the corners. The outside of the hotel was run down and the pool was filled with debris. The gym was closed for repairs. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel. However it was cheap and the breakfast given was good.

The front desk lady was so very nice and accommodated my request of a bottom floor.
The property is nothing like the pictures look online. And the reviews misleading. It is run down and not at all a safe looking area.
The rooms are very dingy and filthy. The floors aren't carpet thank goodness but dirty. The tv worked fine. However who knows? When the remote was cleaned as it didn't have the normal label or bag that I usually find after it has been cleaned.
I couldn't sleep because someone had their music so loud it was a din of boom boom boom. I turned on the light in the middle of the night to read. A roach crawled out from under the coverlet in the bed.
I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.
I couldn't get back to sleep after the roach incident. I was leary of eating the basic continental breakfast.
Just drive on by.

Bed was awful!!!! Accessible bathroom is an accident waiting to happen! Bath tiles on the floor slick as ice. Water goes everywhere! You will injure yourself as I nearly did. Tv is a 40” MAYBE and old. Property was filthy on the outside. Did not feel all that safe either. Other than that, you can see the lake. Bed was floor firm. Cover on bed stunk! Just an overall bad decision in my part.

The room was damp and had slugs and other pests. The shower water quality was poor. Breakfast was included, which was nice, but there was no protein.
从一开始，前台的态度就有点粗鲁，他似乎听不懂我在说什么。当我告诉他，我的五个孩子不可能和我及我丈夫一起挤在一张特大号床上时，他的态度才稍微软化了一点。然后他又说：“那我怎么知道孩子不在呢？”我告诉他，他可以在9点半左右亲自来检查，我孩子们乘坐的车9点15分就会到。但我不明白这有什么问题，万一我没钱订两张大床的房间，难道他就要把我们赶出去吗？如果真是那样就太糟糕了。不过我的孩子们最终也没住在这里，他们去了别处。
去参加女儿在安德鲁斯学院的毕业典礼，空调不太好用。我们房间住了三个人，却只给了两条毛巾。
首先，我打电话要求更换床单时，发现床单上有红色污渍。接电话的年轻女士一开始说没有客房服务员，她的老板让她不要随意更换房间，但她人很好，还是帮我换了。第二天早上，我和孩子们下楼吃早餐，我儿子做了华夫饼，却没看到糖浆。我问了第一天入住的那位男士，他进来后当着三十多个人的面冲我大吼，语气傲慢无礼地说糖浆在另一边。我礼貌地回答说：“先生，我订了你们两间房，住了两晚，没必要这样。” 最后，感恩节那天我们回到酒店时，我的房卡打不开门，我只好去前台重置。结果还是那个态度恶劣的男士一把抢过我的房卡，查了一下，然后用极其粗鲁傲慢的语气叫了我的名字，把房卡扔在柜台上。如果可以给零星，我绝对不会再去这家酒店了。
房间破烂不堪，门根本锁不上，因为墙上的门闩已经脱落了。空调噪音很大，房间里弥漫着潮湿的气味……虫子滋生。再也不来了……我们到得太晚了，别无选择。
