A person, who did not identify themselves, tried to come into my room twice. He let himself in with a key, without announcing who he was. Came back later and tried again a second time before I told him to go away and do his maintenance during a time when a guest was in the room.

The floors in our rooms were filthy!!!! We walked across the floors and within 5 minutes the bottom of my feet were black . Our sink would stopped up in less than a minute and would take 10 mins to drain. I went to the office at 2:00pm and spoke with a indian guy and explained our issues. The first thing out if his mouth was why i waited till 2:00pm to tell him. My response was im here fishing and left the room at 5:30am. I said i dont think you'd appreciate that call at 5:30am. He displayed an attitude of disgust but said he would follow me to the room.

酒店回复: Thank you so much , when you told us i came same time and sink is not stop, but then we did process,and call house keeper around 6:00 pm and mop your room ,we did all what you need and then you sir complained but we are say really sorry for all.

The room felt very damp and musky. Everything in the room was clammy including the bed sheets

We stayed only one night… checkout on Monday 09/22/2025. The Manager agreed for us to checkout early and not to charge us for the rest of our reservation. Please, make sure that ******* only charged us one night. Thank you for your attention to this matter! ML

Every endeavor in life is merely a compilation of minor details. Overall, the facility was acceptable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful. However, there were a number of detail missteps. None of which made this a bad stay, but attention to these minor things would have tipped this over into a five star hotel. First rule: don't beat yourself. The facility has too many self inflicted errors to get above three star.

Listen, you get what you pay for. The bathroom door had been painted so many times it wouldn’t shut. The thickness of caulk on the bathroom fixtures was crazy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. Instead of putting lipstick on a pig, they should invest in some updates. The tv in our room had a big crack on the top right portion, but it still worked. Ish. We stayed 2 nights. If it had been longer, we would have stayed somewhere nicer. We had our two small children. They had no issues sleeping.

We stayed here for a visit to Providence Canyon. This hotel was pretty close to the park and right on the water. Which was nice. The hotel staff were super nice. Only complaint I had was that the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling but that is something that happens in wet environments so not a very big deal where I was concerned.
从一开始,前台的态度就有点粗鲁,他似乎听不懂我在说什么。当我告诉他,我的五个孩子不可能和我及我丈夫一起挤在一张特大号床上时,他的态度才稍微软化了一点。然后他又说:“那我怎么知道孩子不在呢?”我告诉他,他可以在9点半左右亲自来检查,我孩子们乘坐的车9点15分就会到。但我不明白这有什么问题,万一我没钱订两张大床的房间,难道他就要把我们赶出去吗?如果真是那样就太糟糕了。不过我的孩子们最终也没住在这里,他们去了别处。
去参加女儿在安德鲁斯学院的毕业典礼,空调不太好用。我们房间住了三个人,却只给了两条毛巾。
房间破烂不堪,门根本锁不上,因为墙上的门闩已经脱落了。空调噪音很大,房间里弥漫着潮湿的气味……虫子滋生。再也不来了……我们到得太晚了,别无选择。
