We stay for a high school reunion in early October. Such a lovely time to be there. Nice event held on the premises and it turned out great. Many things to do in the area as well. Although most rooms are small, we paid more for a double & I was happy we did although a bit loud near the elevator. Bathroom trips require a step up if you have elderly people, keep that in mind. Bed was super comfortable, you pay for breakfast on site if you want that & the in-room coffee needs a better system. There is a brewery on site that had music and a little pub restaurant a quick walk away. All in all, I loved this historic hotel even though not 5 star at all!

Upon arrival after check in time, my room was completely filthy, beds were undone. Reception and management were not at all accommodating or helpful and rude. We had a family member join us that wanted to book a room, they informed us that they were fully booked. When we called the main number there were rooms available. Overall, I’d say we will not be returning.

This was our second visit and it was very enjoyable. It was great to have the pool back open and the 6pm golf cart tour is our favorite activity!

Historic Shawnee Inn
Celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary at The Shawnee Inn . The service, the food and our beautiful upgraded suite were just awesome. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner out on the veranda with stunning views of the Delaware river.. took a property tour in a golf cart, relaxed by the bonfire, making s’mores. They have a brewery right on site. They just redid their indoor swimming pool. We truly love this place and can’t wait to return..

This place has old world charm , the views are stunning, the grounds are beautiful. If you are a golfer this is the place for you! What a golf course! The room's need to be updated, needs more upkeep throughout the building. Numerous activities throughout the day keep you busy. I love this place just wish they update and maintain the building and room's better.

我的房间在特拉华旅馆。它看起来比汽车旅馆还糟糕。房间很旧，周围环境脏乱不堪。
房间倒是干净，但设施非常陈旧，灯光昏暗。有好几个灯泡都坏了。窗帘勉强能遮住窗户，从外面还是能窥视到里面。
总而言之，这是一次非常令人震惊的体验，我没想到在一个“高尔夫度假村”会是这样的地方。
它很脏、很狭窄、非常不舒服。
