easy to access from the highway, safe area, parking is good, staff is very pleasant. I would recommend some form of eggs that do not have cheese for people who can't have dairy as part of the continental breakfast. Also A hook in the bathroom for towels or hanging clothes would make a great difference

We needed to check in early because we had a wedding to attend at 3. The girl in the office was super nice and made sure our room was ready early. Much appreciated

Honestly it was very weird. I got there they said my reservation was cancelled meanwhile no one had called me, then she said it wasn’t cancelled and asked me why I was parked in handicapped meanwhile I have a handicapped pass. It was also dirty and the shower curtains were moldy.

The property was clean and well cared for. The two ladies that I interacted with were polite and pleasant to speak with. Breakfast was very good and included sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, along with other staple items. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean, friendly and good breakfast!
We were on Binghamton for the Luma Arts projection festival.
The Comfort Inn was convenient to the highway and downtown. The breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal…
Staff: The man who oversaw the breakfast was very attentive. Both woman who were at the front desk for check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful.
The rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and room smelled fresh and clean unlike many hotel rooms.

The hotel was close to I-81, and room was very comfortable.
What I did find that was poor were the narrow, small elevators. I could hardly get the cart into the elevator. The door would also close very quickly not allowing much time for people to safely get on or get off.

We stayed at a motel 6 the night before. By contrast- theirs was hell and yours was heaven. We were taking my daughter from Illinois to Massachusetts and driving a terrible amount of hours. Your hotel was clean and nice and so peaceful. The breakfast was great too. Thank you for saving us with the sleep we all needed.

Super close to all shopping and dining options. Room was clean and neat. Only there was a brown stain on the mattress cover that was not made by me. I didn’t notice until the last day. Kind of gross but overall stay was good.
