People were nice, the room had cigarette in the toilet and there was tobacco dip in trash can, dead roaches and grasshoppers on the floor and m&m’s peanuts under the otterman by the recliner. Shower curtain was dirty. Pillow cases were stained.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk manage was great. He was friendly and funny. When I locked myself out of my room, he was accommodating and understanding. I will stay here again when I travel from Mexico to San Antonio. Thank you.

I asked for a handicapped access room, and forbsome reason the guy at the front desk didn't give me one. He said they were booked but the rooms were empty. I didn't like the fact that he was in shorts and barefoot when I did the chech in. Unfortunately is not the first time I have issues with people from other countries running hotels and it seems they have not idea about ADA regulations or they believe they are still in their 3rd world country.

When we checked in we told the person at the desk we had a pet. Was not ask for deposit. Later someone called our room demanding a deposit. We went to office and paid in cash the $25 deposit. Ask for receipt and all lady would do is write paid $25 pet fee in cash. She refused to sign. Room was filthy. We had to scrub tub,sink and toilet. Towels were stained. Some had urine on them. Carpets turned my socks black. Had roaches in the room. Problems with this property just too numerous to mention. Ask for the hot breakfast that they advertise, they said they no longer offer even though it was on their sign. Also at night they turned off all outside property lights. I stumbled and almost fell because I could not see the ground. Would give negative stars if possible. We took pictures of the room as we left it. Sprayed with Lysol before and after

Absolutely the BEST Super 8 Motel that I have ever been to! The staff here is friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. The rooms are clean and well stocked with everything needed. The outside areas are clean and visually very nice. Besides having the best restaurant in town just across the street.
Highly recommend!! Thank you for such a great experience!

The AC and beds were good enough however, when I picked up a pillow, I was scared by some sort of bug that looked like a big ant but was not. It was like a light brown sugar color. Anway, the vanity was clean but, carpet was a little unclean and, there was dirt and grime piling up on some of the wall outlets which was unappealing. There were no hangers in the closet and the closet itself and several drawers look rather tattered. There were no luggage rack(s) available to use; no line cord for the telephone and, no small shampoo bottles available. There were old key cards left in nightstand drawer and you could just tell that things like a notepad kept getting recycled. The front door was dirty as were other motel room doors that looked worn or even kicked on/in. The bath towels were so thin I first mistook them for hand towels. In short, things were skimpy, frumpy, lacking and questionable at best. We probably wouldn't re-book unless it was made available for ＜$45 out the door.
