We typically stay here when our stay is short, but had to make a last minute reservation due to many issues with the Airbnb we rented. First I accidentally made the reservation to end on Monday when I meant Sunday, probably due to the unsafe situation we had with our Airbnb. The guy that checked us in basically told me “no” so I accepted my loss although I tried to change it and even reached out to the hotel (no response). The best part of this place and why we even came back is the sweet breakfast attendant, she is always the best part of our stay. We stayed in 131 and on day 2 I showered, which I was met with terrible water pressure and the slowest hot water. It took 10 minutes for it to become lukewarm. My husband showered the next day and had similar problems, he was advised to “give it another 10 minutes” he did that worked I guess but we wasted a lot of water. I probably will look at other hotels as we frequent this area and in the 15 years we have used the hotel it has slowly gotten worse. I doubt they will stay in business if they continue to run it like this.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was really friendly, especially the front desk and the breakfast attendant. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but we would definitely stay again.

The room wasn’t very clean. The shower curtain rod was halfway off the wall. Better than the other options in town but definitely felt run down.

The room was clean just very worn. Outlets were dirty and one had no cover plate. The mattress is in need of replacement and the bathroom door was rusty which could be taken care of with sandpaper and rustoleum paint

I reserved 2 weeks ago. I requested lower level room. I was told when got there no lower level available. There must be 30 lower level rooms…when we got there at 2:30 there were 3 cars in parking lot. I can’t believe all lower level were taken.

It was a nice hotel , breakfast was good . The lady mainaining the food was super friendly . Food was good. Room was clean . Our only complaint was the room smelled musty but it was clean wnd nice otherwise

Rated 4 by you, zero by us. Did not stay even as payment was non-refundable. Looks like scam to me and unless amends are made will never use ******* again. Anxious to spread the news to protect others

I love staying here. The pool is nice and so if the hottub. The rooms are nice and clean. The furniture is great and the mattress is comfortable. I do suggest bringing an extra pillow.

We have stayed here before. It’s a nice clean place with a hot breakfast. They have biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, yogurt and cereal. It’s fairly normal hotel breakfast but I like that they have biscuits and gravy. Staff were really nice . Construction makes getting there a little bit of a detour but really only place we will stay in the area.
