The very pleasant desk clerk told me that this location will become a Choice-branded hotel in a couple of weeks. The guest rooms are also being refreshed, including some new furnishings. The carpet was old (maybe it will be replaced?), but the halls and public spaces were perfectly tidy. My second-floor walk-up, one-king room was spotlessly clean. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable, and exactly what I expected from this brand. Complementary continental breakfast options included coffee, milk, 2 juices, yogurt, packaged fruit cups, 2 cold cereals, toaster waffles, and packaged donuts. It was simple but adequate and on-brand. My ONLY problem was that, because I arrived after dark, I had trouble finding the entrance. The hotel is set back from the street and kind of behind a Burger King and another hotel. I suggest that, from Bus. 49, you turn north onto Industrial Dr., then left into the other hotel's parking lot. At the end of that building, turn right and you'll see Super 8's front door about 50 yards away.

Good for an overnights stay.
Room was clean and comfortable. The property is in need of refurbishment though. Staff friendly. Breakfast was standard fare. Dennys close by.

Took about 15 minutes to check in. Wasn't looking for the world because it's a super 8 in neosho. TV kept locking up wouldn't play the actual stations. Wi-Fi was not easily available there's black mold that was covered up in the bathroom ceilings around the shower area. Huge stains on certain pieces of furniture. The only ice machine in the building was not working there was very little refreshment.

They would have gotten a 10 if they had better breakfast options. Cold cereal, fruit cups, prepackage pancakes were not apealling to me

The area is fine. Good highway access to get out and away.
Staff seemed to have never heard of a roll-away bed, despite them being a common commodity at hotels (including Super 8).
If you push the desk chair up against the other chair you can almost sleep half-seated, so that's a plus.
All in all, y'all can have this one. I'm not coming back.

Quite area, some breakfast options, Staff were friendly. overall clean. Stayed for 3 nights the last night I did see a cockroach crawling around the wall.

No elevator, the TV didn't work, the recliner didn't, my daughter said the coffee was terrible, phones didn't work, dead bolt didn't work. The staff was very helpful. I was there for a show choir event so didn't change rooms until the next day. It was a smaller room, not a "suite" and the tv and bolt worked.
