This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Dirty, no amenities, tv didn’t work, no washcloth and breakfast was toast or bagel!

The bed was hard as concrete. The “continental breakfast “ was toast, bagels and coffee, no juice or waffles. The toilet only flushed half of the time. No ice machine. The sofa sank down extremely low when you sit on it. Would not recommend.

酒店回复: After I told that for your refundable deposit it may take 7-10 business days. You just hang up on me and then gave a review. Hotel needs refundable deposit. When I brought ice to your room you should have at least asked for cups. Breakfast is going away from so many hotels.

When I got here I stood at the front desk for 5 to 8 minutes calling out asking if anybody was here and no one replied. So I called and then the front desk person came to answer the phone and saw they had a customer. He was busy painting. I would think the front desk person should be at the front desk. The lobby is in a state of disarray because of repairs they're making. As soon as I walked in the hotel I smelled mildew and musky smell. It was especially bad in my room. I kept spraying perfume to hide the odor. If I did not have a non-refundable reservation I would have turned around and left as soon as I walked through the front door.

酒店回复: Sorry you have to wait. Check inn time is 3:00 and you came early one hour and without any extra charge we checked you inn. If you did not like room then you should have walked away without staying. You never mentioned anything when you were here. You came outside to get something from your car and again to get your pizza. Hope your Pizza was good and delicious. Thanks for staying with us.

We understood there was a renovation; however, the room they told us was just done was not. There was mold in the creases of the tub. The microwave was dirty inside. The walls while patched were not done well or painted. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Outside were either the workers doing the renovation or guests but they were outside drinking and smoking. We didn’t feel safe. My husband and I both have respiratory issues. This was not the place for us. We forfeited our payment and went somewhere else. We thought Days Inn was a safe choice while traveling-apparently not.

The room was one of the worst hotel rooms ive ever been in. The bathroom had mold all over the shower curtain and so did the tub. The towel had some sort of staining inside of it and the towels all had stains. The beds looked clean enough but the carpet had red stains in multiple places that were concerning. The lamp shades even had stains on them which was gross. The A/C unit was busted up and seemed to barely be working. We ultimately decided not to stay the whole night because of how grossed out we were. We tried to get a refund through ******* since we were there for less than 2 hours before deciding to leave and for some reason ******* couldnt track down the property to approve the refund so I ended up with a onekey credit from ******* and no refund for the hotel room. I understand ******* did what they could, but the hotel itself should've been better about this situation.

绝对不会再住这家破烂酒店,也不会推荐给任何人。超级脏乱,管理层态度恶劣,没有泳池,大堂到处都是建筑材料!千万别住!
这家酒店比我预期的要好,员工很乐于助人,也非常有礼貌,唯一的缺点是早餐一般。
这是一处老建筑,需要进行结构维护,尤其是浴室。 浴帘和马桶很脏。
酒店值得翻新一下,地毯和家具都很旧。清洁度有待提高,床单有污渍。游泳池不工作,午餐除了面包片和咖啡之外别无选择。我不推荐它
